POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

Responsible for maintaining student records at the campus level. Process student enrollment, transfers and withdrawals for the campus. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma or GED

 

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  1. Ability to maintain accurate and audible records
  2. Ability to use personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  3. Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills
  4. Basic math skills
  5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:

 

Three years clerical experience
